Reiki Schedule Fall/Winter 2011-2012 First Degree Reiki Training Saturday, January 21, 2012 - 10am to 3pm see class description below. Tuition: $125 Second Degree Reiki Training Saturday, February 18, 2012 - 10am to 2pm see class description below. Tuition: $150 Third Degree Reiki Part A & B (Master/Master Teacher Level) Saturday, March 17, 2012 Part A: 10am to 12noon Part B: 12noon to 4pm Tuition: $150 part A, $300 part B, discounted to $400 for both if attended the same day. How to sign up for a class To sign up for a Reiki class, please send me an email with your intention to attend, along with a contact phone number. DNA and High Heart Chakra Activation In the spring of 2011, while attending Wise Wolf Women’s Council in the foothills of the Smokies, my DNA and High Heart Chakra were activated during lucid dreaming. In the dream, I was surrounded by light and golden double helix strands moved down from galactic center through my crown chakra and out into the earth. My high heart chakra area, the space of the thymus between the heart and throat, began to burn with magenta light. I came fully awake with the intensity and realization of it all. I'd been activated. A few months later, sitting in meditation, I downloaded the information as to how to activate DNA and the High Heart Chakra. Since then, as part of my path, I’ve been led to facilitate these activations in others. You might be wondering, why is this important? As we are in the midst of great change and moving closer to Winter Solstice 2012, it becomes increasingly necessary for us to move our personal vibrations in alignment with the rising vibration of our planet. As we shift, so do others around us, exponentially. And through our rising vibration, we can become the change we wish to see in the world. Also, the High Heart Chakra is our connection to the Divine Mother. This assists in bringing about balance between the existing patriarchal and growing matriarchal cultures - within and without. Those I’ve worked with so far have reported an expanded sense of purpose, more focus, and an ability to move more quickly through old patterns. Powerful stuff! Sacred Color: Healing Arts Class Schedule Manifesting Intention Class Tuition is $195 and includes everything you'll need for the class, plus snacks and beverages. What better way to start the new year than by setting your intentions? In this class, we will create a tangible representation of what we wish to manifest in our lives. If you have special items you'd like to incorporate into your creation, please feel free to bring them along with you. Short, guided meditations will be part of the day as well as we tap into our creative selves! You don't have to be artistic either! Just come, have fun, and play. Creative Journaling - Tuition is $195. Looking for another play-date? Let's get together and make our own journal. Yes, in this class you'll learn the basics of book creation then decorate the journal you create to make it truly your own. All materials will be provided but if you have something special you'd like to incorporate into your book, please bring it along! Again, artistic sensibilities are not a requirement. Reiki Class Descriptions First Degree Reiki Training In this class you'll learn the basics of Reiki, from its history to its many uses to how to perform Reiki on yourself and others. Tuition: $125 Second Degree Reiki Training In this class you'll learn the (3) 2nd degree symbols, their use, and how to connect to your personal sacred space, and how to conduct distant Reiki sessions. Tuition: $150 Reiki Master/Master Teacher Training Morning session covers part one, or training to Reiki Master level. In this class, you'll receive the 4th Reiki symbol and learn its uses. You'll also learn how to create Crystal Grids using Reiki for manifesting intent in your life and review marketing ideas for your Reiki practice. Afternoon session covers part two, or training to Reiki Master Teacher level. In this class, you'll receive a 5th attunement symbol and learn how to conduct attunements. Also covered are some basics on setting up a Reiki class, minimum information for students, etc.  You are NOT required to stay for the afternoon session if you don't want to go to the teacher level, or if you'd like to wait for another time. In 2001, she studied with Master Yoga Teacher Barbara Badger and obtained her 200 hour yoga instructor certificate and is a Registered Hatha Yoga Teacher. She combines the energy of Reiki with the gentleness of Hatha Yoga and brings the concept of working with our body’s energy system into her Yoga classes. An accomplished writer, artist, and intuitive reader, Teri also has a degree in architecture and maintains a commercial interior design business, Esprit Design Inc. In September 2006, along with her friendDoug Arnholter, she opened Broad Ripple Art & Design, a gallery and artisan resource. She teaches Yoga and Reiki at various locations in and around Indianapolis, Indiana.
